The Illuminates — a narrative collaboration between FALLEN and jim roll utilizing experimental film photography and digital illustration. This collaborative collection consist of two acts. Each act consists of three scenes. Each scene consists of a work of art and an accompanying poem.

Cast away darkness. Regress to child state. Further back. Yet. Something becomes. A vacancy beyond death? Or new mortals from this light?
Act 1, Scene 2
Colossi rarely glance skyward Just to celebrate own-strength and Taunt quiet receptive heavens. Yet. In sublime-reflection this one does look up Concentrated crystal strips it of its shadow The comforts of terror dissolve into light.
Act 1, Scene 1
Shadow-titan stalking waterways. An efficient vein. A constant source on which it feeds. Yet. Could it now be preyed upon? A fate wicked, for the brutish wraith. And worse dare-say for the souls nearby.
